*** NOTE CHANGE IN LOCATION ***
The new location for this Thursday is the College Park pool at 2411 Elizabeth Ave. in Orlando. Apparently Cady Way is now closed until the weekend. Actually the College Park location may be more convenient for most of you. We will still have swimming and running as part of the workout, with options for either or both. Note also new location for food / drinks afterwareds is now Scruffy Murphy's in College Park at 2625 Edgewater Drive.
Will involve swimming and running, and initial meeting. There will be options for those who want to only swim or only run as well. Food / drinks afterwards at 8:15 p.m. at Scruffy Murphy's at 2625 Edgewater Drive. If you do not make the 6:30 p.m. training session this week, you are still welcome at Scruffy Murphy's if you are interested in the group.
This will not be the only training location for future training. Other locations may include Lake Highland, Ft. Wilderness, and other locales for swimmming and running.
